The Iowa Unity Coalition is pleased to announce the endorsement of Jackie Norris for Des Moines School Board At-Large in the upcoming election to be held on November 2, 2021. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.
 
Jackie Norris is a non-profit leader, small business owner and mother who cares deeply about the community. She is a former teacher and worked as chief of staff for First Lady, Michelle Obama. Her extensive background as a community leader and educator will enable her to build strong relationships between the district and community.
