The Iowa Unity Coalition is pleased to announce our endorsement of Dale Todd for re-election to the Cedar Rapids City Council District 3 in the upcoming election to be held on November 2, 2021. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.

Mr. Todd was first elected to the Cedar Rapids City Council in 2017. He is the Vice President of Development for the Hatch Development Group and previously served as the Commissioner of Parks and Public Property in Cedar Rapids. Mr. Todd has extensive background working with groups that support those with disabilities and mental health issues and is a proven problem solver. We believe his current passion for increasing affordable housing options will benefit all communities in Cedar Rapids, particularly those with under represented populations.
