As the campaign for the United States Congress gains momentum, Lanon Baccam emerges as a beacon of hope for progress and a brighter future. Today, we proudly announce our endorsement of Lanon Baccam for Congress in the 3rd Congressional District. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.


With a proven track record of dedication to public service, Lanon Baccam embodies the values and principles that we believe will lead our nation forward. Mr. Baccam is a military veteran and spent eight years in the U.S. Army and Iowa National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2004-2005. 


Throughout his career, Lanon Baccam has shown an unwavering commitment to addressing the pressing issues facing our communities, from healthcare and education to economic opportunity and rural development. His vision for a brighter future resonates with voters across party lines, making him uniquely positioned to represent the diverse voices of our district.
