The Iowa Unity Coalition is pleased to announce the endorsement of Chris Cutler for Polk County Treasurer in the upcoming primary election to be held on June 7, 2022. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.

Chris Cutler has served the taxpayers of Polk County for 10 years with 7 of those in the Polk County Treasurer’s office. He served as treasurer for AFSCME local 1868 for 8 years. Chris has also served as union steward and has participated in contact negotiations between the union and Polk County. For the past year, he has worked as an accountant in the county auditor’s office. Mr. Cutler has the knowledge and experience to serve the residents of Polk County with fidelity.
