The Iowa Unity Coalition is pleased to announce the endorsement of Admiral Michael Franken for U.S. Senate in the upcoming Democratic primary election to be held on June 7, 2022. The Iowa Unity Coalition is a state-wide political action committee, dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government. 

Admiral Franken grew up in rural Iowa and served in the U.S. Navy for nearly 4 decades. Now, he is ready to serve our country as a U.S. Senator. He will fight to protect our rights and to ensure Iowans have access to the healthcare they need. Admiral Franken will be a strong voice for democracy and understands both rural and urban issues. We know he has the strength to lead and stand up for what’s right.
